What is your ideal weight?


There are so many benefits of maintaining an ideal weight throughout your life. In plain view. ideal body weight certainly make you look much more attractive. But it is also important, ideal body weight reduces your risk of disease, Yes, excess weight is more easily 'invite' a variety of diseases such as breathing disorders, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke and hormonal disorders. Determine the ideal (and of course healthy) whether or not your body, not enough just to stand in front of the mirror. There labih accurate way to determine if your body's ideal or not, namely by:

1. Calculate Body Mass Index (BMI) with the formula:

BMI = Weight (kg) / (height (cm) / 100) 2

Example:

BW = 50 kg, TB = 160 cm
BMI = 50 / (160/100) 2 = 50 / 2.56 = 19.53

Classification of BMI:
Weight BMI kg / (cm/100) 2 Risk of disease
Underweight <18.5 Low
Normal 18.5 to 25.0 average
Overweight 25.0 to 29.9 Rising
Obese a 30 to 34.9 Height
Obese II 35 <Very High
2. Measure waist circumference

Limit of normal waist circumference:

Women: <80 cm
Men: <90 cm

Excessive waist circumference, especially in men, closely related to heart disease and cardiovascular risk
