For Stay Balanced Diet

Diet
A good diet is balanced from time to time. If you have an active lifestyle so often ate fast food, try to balance it in several meals or days. For example: if a lunch is too much fat, it is necessary to relieve your dinner with emphasis on vegetable soup or limiting side dishes, so that on that day you have a relatively balanced diet. Ideal conditions can even be run throughout the week with a lot of balancing the consumption of meat and fish on certain days with plenty of fruits and vegetables in the other day.
Do not listen to false ideas such as "rice does not make you fat," "protein-rich milk is good for health," "should always complement the meal with milk". All food has advantages and disadvantages, depending on who is consuming and how many portions. Rice is the source of carbohydrates, which when excessive will be stored in the body in the form of fat. The body can only absorb a limited amount of protein per day, so eating too much protein supplements are useless. Milk is not really necessary if you are already eating enough foods that contain protein such as meat, fish or eggs.
Stop eating before satiety
Information flow between the stomach and the brain is running slowly, so that when your stomach is full, the brain still has not received full information. This has led to a tendency to eat more than needed. Therefore, do not hesitate to complete the meal, although not yet feel full. If you have enough to eat, you will immediately feel it later. Eat slowly to allow time for information to flow from the stomach to the brain.
