Diet menus: Potato Pancake
Material:

     6 Fruit sweet potato in a medium-sized peeled and finely grated
     some red onions and chopped fine
     1 swndok herb tea without salt (this herb in the form of leaves which leaves you can get in supermarkets)
     1 2 / 3 cups flour (flour unbleach)
     1 / 3 cup chopped parsley
     2 cups finely shredded zucchini
     1 / 4 cup lemon juice
     1 1 / 2 cup egg substitute
     6 teaspoons canola oil

Preparation:

     In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, zucchini, onion, lime juice, herb blend, egg, flour, and parsley.
     In a large penggorerang pan (skillet) over medium-high, heat 2 teaspoons oil. Pour one ladle batter into the pan and smooth with a spatula to form a thin pancake. Add more batter to fill the pan without making pancakes look crowded.
     Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden and crisp.

     Remove from pan and keep warm. Repeat, adding 4 teaspoon of remaining oil as needed, until all dough has been used
