Many moves:
• Healthy means regular exercise. With our sport can overcome stress, control diabetes and improve the HDL or good cholesterol.• Move at least 30 minutes a day and choose the activities that most interest you. Can dancing, swimming or cycling. Start the habit.
Consumption of milk on a regular basis:
• Replace soft drinks with fat-free milk and get extra nutrition.• Milk contains nine essential nutrients, including calcium and protein that can maintain muscle mass during weight loss.
